Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- shredded carrot - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- zucchini - 2 lb
How to make zucchini casserole:
Cook first 3 ingredients in small amount of water. Drain. Combine soup and sour cream. Fold in vegetables. Prepare stuffing mix. Spread half in a 12 x 7-inch dish. Spoon in vegetables. Top with remaining mix. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
