Zucchini casserole

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 1 oz
• sour cream - 1 c
• chopped onion - 1/4 c
• shredded carrot - 1 c
• can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
• zucchini - 2 lb

How to make zucchini casserole:

Cook first 3 ingredients in small amount of water. Drain. Combine soup and sour cream. Fold in vegetables. Prepare stuffing mix. Spread half in a 12 x 7-inch dish. Spoon in vegetables. Top with remaining mix. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
