  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • small can water chestnuts - 1 item
  • zucchini - 3 lb
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • box Stove Top stuffing mix chicken flavor - 1 item

How to make zucchini casserole:

Melt butter and add to Stove Top stuffing. Put 2/3 in bottom of greased casserole dish. Set the other 1/3 aside. Saute 3 zucchini and add sour cream, soup, onion and water chestnuts. Layer this on dressing. Top with remaining 1/3 stuffing and b
