Zucchini casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 18 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- shredded carrots - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- peeled and sliced zucchini - 6 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Simmer squash, onion and carrots in 3/4 cup water for 15 minutes. Drain. Mix with soup and sour cream. Combine stuffing mix with melted margarine. Spread 1/2 of mix in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add vegetable mixture. Cover with remaining stuffing mix. Bake for 30 minutes in a 350° oven.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
