Ingredients/Components
- sour cream
- salt - 1 item
- margarine - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 8 item
- onion - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Boil potatoes until tender in jackets in salt and water. Put in refrigerator. Shred potatoes. Put in 9 x 12-inch buttered dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over potatoes. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. Mix some potato chips and 1 1/2 cups grated Velveeta cheese together for a crumb topping.
