Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- carrots, shredded - 2 item
- small onion, grated - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
- small jar pimento - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm dressing - 1 pkg
- zucchini squash - 6 8
How to make zucchini casserole:
Cut unpared squash into bite size pieces. Lightly cook and drain. Mix dressing with butter. Mix all ingredients with 1/2 dressing mixture. Put in buttered casserole and top with remaining dressing. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
