Zucchini casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- carrots, shredded - 2 item
- small jar pimento - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 1 item
- zucchini, cut in bite size pieces - 1 c
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing plain - 1/2 pkg
How to make zucchini casserole:
Cook zucchini lightly and drain. Mix stuffing with butter. Mix all ingredients with 1/2 the stuffing. Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and top with the other half of the stuffing. Bake 25 minutes at 350°. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
