Zucchini casserole

Ingredients/Components

• sour cream - 8 oz
• margarine - 1/4 c
• shredded carrots - 1 c
• can cream of celery soup - 1 item
• zucchini - 2 lb
• box Stove Top dressing - 1 item
• onion, saute until tender - 1/4 c

How to make zucchini casserole:

Stir zucchini, onion, sour cream, celery soup and shredded carrots. Then add margarine and Stove Top dressing. Save out 1/2 Stove Top dressing and put on top. Bake at 350° until bubbly.
