Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- margarine - 1/4 c
- shredded carrots - 1 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- zucchini - 2 lb
- box Stove Top dressing - 1 item
- onion, saute until tender - 1/4 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Stir zucchini, onion, sour cream, celery soup and shredded carrots. Then add margarine and Stove Top dressing. Save out 1/2 Stove Top dressing and put on top. Bake at 350° until bubbly.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
