Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 pkg
- fresh mushrooms
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- medium zucchini - 4 item
- cup butter - 1/4 item
- large tomatoes, sliced - 3 item
- cup buttered bread crumbs - 1 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Clean zucchini and mushrooms. Melt butter in skillet and saut?© zucchini, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes until tender. Drain off excess liquid. Using 2 qt. casserole, layer vegetable mixture, alternately with Mozzarella cheese, ending with cheese on top. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
