Ingredients/Components
- salt
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- cottage cheese - 1 lb
- oregano - 1 tsp
- basil
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 pkg
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- Accent - 1 tsp
- seasoned pepper - 1/4 tsp
- small cans tomato sauce - 4 item
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- bay leaves, crushed - 2 item
- slices lasagne - 8 item
How to make lasagne:
Sprinkle beef with all seasonings and brown. Add diced green pepper and onion. Simmer a few minutes, adding tomato sauce. Cook lasagne according to package. Alternate layers of lasagne, beef mix, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese, ending with beef mix. Cook 20 minutes at 375°. Add Mozzarella and bake 5 more minutes.
