Ingredients/Components
- shredded carrots - 3/4 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- shredded zucchini - 6 c
- light sour cream - 1 c
- butter optional - 4 Tbsp
- for top of casserole - 1 box
- can cream of chicken soup 98% fat-free - 1 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Put reserved stuffing on top of dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. You can sprinkle light cheese on top when done baking, before serving.Note; Can be baked in 2 pie pans.
