Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- brown sugar - 2 c
- nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- shredded zucchini - 2 c
- 8 1/2 oz - 1 c
- each raisins & nuts - 1 c
How to make pineapple zucchini bread:
Mix well most of the ingredients together, folding in zucchini and pineapple last. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Pineapple.
