Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• eggs, beaten - 3 item
• vegetable oil - 1 c
• chopped walnuts - 1 c
• self-rising flour - 3 c
• shredded zucchini - 1 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Cream oil and sugar. Beat in eggs, vanilla and shredded zucchini. Mix all dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Beat until moist. Add nuts. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
