Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 3 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• vegetable oil - 1 c
• chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
• raisins - 1/2 c
• shredded zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Nuts and raisins are optional. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour bottom only of two 8 x 4-inch or 9 x 5-inch bread pans. In a large bowl, blend all ingredients, except nuts and raisins, until moistened. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. S
