Stuffed vienna bread
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- chopped onions - 2 Tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 1 lb
- seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
- green pepper - 2 Tbsp
- black olives, sliced - 1 item
- sticks butter, melted - 2 item
- cans mushrooms, drained - 2 item
- Vienna bread, cut down halfway two ways - 1 item
How to make stuffed vienna bread:
Stuff mushrooms, cheese and olives in cracks of bread. Place on large piece of foil. Microwave butter, green pepper, onions, salt, lemon juice and mustard 2 minutes. Pour over bread. Wrap in foil and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Appetizers, Cheese.
