Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• flour - 3 c
• oil - 1 c
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• grated zucchini - 2 c
• walnuts - 1 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda, then add oil, eggs, vanilla, zucchini and walnuts. Put in loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours. Test.
