Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• vegetable oil
• grated squash - 3 c
• nuts or 1/2 c - 1 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat together the first 4 ingredients. Add flour, salt, cinnamon, squash and nuts. Grease pan; sprinkle with flour. Bake 1/2 hour to 1 hour (according to pan size) at 400°.
