Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil
- nuts - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- raw carrots, grated - 3 c
- crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
- Add grated carrots to batter
How to make carrot cake:
Mix together all ingredients except carrots and blend. Add grated carrots to batter. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°. Use rectangular pan or two layer pans.Icing:1 lg. pkg. cream cheese1 c. crushed pineapple, drained1 c. nuts1 box powdered sugar Cream softened cheese and sugar together. Add pineapple and nuts.
