Carrot cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 3 tsp
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 2 Tbsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• soda - 2 tsp
• vegetable oil
• nuts - 1 c
• box powdered sugar - 1 item
• raw carrots, grated - 3 c
• crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
• Add grated carrots to batter

How to make carrot cake:

Mix together all ingredients except carrots and blend. Add grated carrots to batter. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°. Use rectangular pan or two layer pans.Icing:1 lg. pkg. cream cheese1 c. crushed pineapple, drained1 c. nuts1 box powdered sugar Cream softened cheese and sugar together. Add pineapple and nuts. Spread on sheet cake while warm or between cooled layer of cake.
