Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• brown sugar - 1 c
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• vegetable oil - 1 c
• raisins - 1 c
• white sugar - 1 c
• walnuts, chopped - 1 c
• ground cloves - 1/2 tsp
• ground cinnamon - 3 tsp
• zucchini, chopped 2 c - 3 med

How to make zucchini bread:

Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt and spices. Mix zucchini and eggs together, add oil, sugar and vanilla. Now add the sifted dry ingredients. Put in two greased loaf pans. Bake 30 minutes at 400°.

(May substitute applesauce for oil, Equal for white sugar).
