Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda
- vegetable oil
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- ground cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- plus 1 tsp - 1 Tbsp
- coarsely shredded zucchini - 4 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease generously bottoms only of 2 loaf pans, 9 x 5 x 3-inch. Blend all ingredients on low speed 1 minute, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on medium speed 1 minute. Pour into pans. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean 50 minutes to 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans. Cool completely.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
