Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/4 lb
- sugar - 3/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- flour - 2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- butter, softened
- light brown sugar
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
How to make crumb cake:
Topping:1/2 lb. butter, softened1 1/2 c. light brown sugar2 1/2 c. flour3 tsp. cinnamon In large bowl, cream together butter, sugar and egg. Sift flour, salt and baking powder into mixture. Add to batter the vanilla and milk. Mix until smooth. Grease and flour pan. Pour in pan. Sprinkle topping on top with fingers. Put in a 350° oven for 1 hour.Topping: Stir with fork.
