Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- raisins - 1/2 c
- small eggs - 2 item
- grated zucchini, drained - 1 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Sift together and add flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt. Fold in raisins and nuts last. Spoon batter into well-greased bread tin, 9 x 5 1/2-inch size. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
