Overnight buns
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- warm water - 1/2 c
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
- lukewarm water - 2 c
- unbleached all-purpose flour
How to make overnight buns:
At 3 p.m.: Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water and add 1/2 teaspoon sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix all together. Let rise until 10 p.m. Form into buns on kitchen table.
