Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 or
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- cream cheese
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- confectioners sugar
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- grated zucchini - 2 c
- walnuts optional - 1 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Icing:8 oz. cream cheese1/2 stick butter1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar1 tsp. vanilla Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, beat eggs. Add sugar, oil and vanilla; mix well. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Mix well. Add zucchini and dry ingredients to first bowl; mix well. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
