Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 or
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• cream cheese
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• confectioners sugar
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• vegetable oil - 1 c
• all-purpose flour - 2 c
• stick butter - 1/2 item
• grated zucchini - 2 c
• walnuts optional - 1 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Icing:8 oz. cream cheese1/2 stick butter1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar1 tsp. vanilla Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, beat eggs. Add sugar, oil and vanilla; mix well. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Mix well. Add zucchini and dry ingredients to first bowl; mix well. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Spread icing over top after cooled off some, but not cold.
