  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 item
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1 c
  • all-purpose flour - 2 c
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • raisins - 1 c

How to make zucchini cake:

Beat eggs; stir in oil, zucchini, sugar and vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together. Stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture until well blended. Add raisins and nuts; mix well. Pour out into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 55 minutes.
