  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 4 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 4 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • shredded zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Combine first five ingredients. Separately combine second five ingredients. Mix together the wet and dry mixtures and pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake 90 minutes at 325°.
