  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 3 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • zucchini, ground or chopped - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat together eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, blending mixture as added. Stir zucchini, nuts and raisins. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Pour mixture and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
