  • cinnamon
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • flour
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/8 tsp
  • grated zucchini - 1 c
  • small tin crushed pineapple - 1 item

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat eggs. Add sugar, oil, vanilla, zucchini and pineapple and mix well. Add dry ingredients and nuts. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
