  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • grated zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat eggs. Add oil, sugar and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients. Add to sugar and egg mixture. Add zucchini and nuts. Bake in 2 greased loaf pans 1 hour or until done at 325°.
