Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- shredded zucchini - 2 c
- small can crushed pineapple, well drained - 1 item
How to make zucchini bread:
Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350° about 1 hour or toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
