Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 3 item
• sugar - 2 c
• vegetable oil - 1 c
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• grated zucchini - 2 c
• flour - 2 c
• baking powder - 1 Tbsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• cinnamon - 3 tsp
• raisins - 3/4 c
• walnuts, chopped - 1/2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Preheat oven to 325°. Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla, then all other ingredients, leaving raisins and nuts until last.
