Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- plain flour
- margarine - 1/2 c
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- yeast - 1 pkg
How to make monkey bread:
Combine milk, butter, sugar and salt in pan. Beat until butter melts. Cool to 105° to 115°. Add yeast, stir to dissolve. Add flour into milk mixture and stir to blend well. Cover and let rise 1 hour and 20 minutes. Roll into 1/2-inch balls and dip in melted margarine or butter. Lay balls in Bundt pan. Cover and let rise 45 minutes. Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
