  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • raisins - 3/4 c
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
  • ground cinnamon
  • peeled and shredded zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 2 well-greased and floured 9 x 9-inch loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
