  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 3 tsp
  • nuts - 1 c
  • raisins - 1 c
  • zucchini - 3 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Put zucchini in food processor. Mix crushed zucchini, oil, sugar and eggs. Blend in rest of ingredients. Oil and flour pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or more.
