Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 3 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder
- nuts - 1 c
- raisins - 1 c
- pitted and grated zucchini squash - 2 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Mix first 3 ingredients together. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, soda and cinnamon. Mix with the first 3 ingredients. Add zucchini, vanilla, nuts and raisins; mix well. Pour into bread pans and bake at 325° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
