Moist zucchini bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
- soda - 2 tsp
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- can crushed pineapple, drained
- salad oil - 1 c
- shredded zucchini - 2 c
- currants, raisins or nuts - 1 c
How to make moist zucchini bread:
In a large bowl, add the ingredients one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour the batter into 2 well-greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick tests clean. Let cool a few minutes before removing from pans.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Breads, Quick breads.
