  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
  • clove garlic, finely chopped - 1 item
  • Bisquick mix - 1 c
  • marjoram or oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • thinly sliced zucchini unpeeled, about 4 small - 3 c

How to make zucchini appetizers:

Heat oven to 350°. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Pour into prepared pan. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Cut into pieces, about 2 x 1-inch. Serve warm. Makes 4 dozen appetizers.
