Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- Swiss cheese, grated - 1 lb
- Monterey Jack cheese, grated - 1 lb
- tube saltine crackers, crushed - 1 pkg
- jar pickled jalapeno peppers, chopped use 1/2 jar or to taste - 1 oz
How to make mexican quiche:
Mix all ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13-inch ungreased cake pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Egg, Main dish.
