  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • salad oil - 1/2 c
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • dash of oregano - 1 item
  • thin sliced zucchini - 3 c
  • Italian grated cheese - 1/2 c
  • clove garlic chopped - 1 item

How to make zucchini appetizers:

Mix everything together in a large bowl. Spread in a greased 11 x 7-inch or 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake in 350° oven for 25 to 35 minutes.
