Ingredients/Components
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 item
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- instant vanilla pudding mix
- small can coconut - 1 item
- can creme of coconut - 1 item
- box butter cake mix yellow - 1 item
- Topping:1 container Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
How to make coconut cake:
Topping:1 container Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix1 small can coconut1 small can crushed pineapple Prepare and bake cake as directed on box, making a sheet cake. Poke holes in cake with fork. Pour creme of coconut and sweetened condensed milk over the cake while it is still hot. Let set for 2 hours.For the topping: Mix together the Cool Whip, pudding mix, coconut and pineapple. Spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate.
