  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • coconut - 1 c
  • baking powder
  • unsifted flour - 2 c
  • nuts - 1 c
  • small can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • crushed pineapple with juice - 2 c

How to make yum-yum cake:

In large bowl, mix first three ingredients. Add flour and baking powder. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 300° to 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.

While cake is baking, boil margarine, sugar and milk for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Pour over hot cake.
