Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- coconut - 1 c
- baking powder
- unsifted flour - 2 c
- nuts - 1 c
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- crushed pineapple with juice - 2 c
How to make yum-yum cake:
In large bowl, mix first three ingredients. Add flour and baking powder. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 300° to 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.While cake is baking, boil margarine, sugar and milk for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Pour over hot cake.
