Ingredients/Components
- hot mashed potatoes - 1/4 c
- melted margarine - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar
- flaked coconut
- dash of salt - 1 item
- grated lemon or orange rind - 1/4 tsp
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
How to make pioneer potato candy:
Combine potatoes and margarine. Gradually add sugar. Beat thoroughly. Add remainings. Mix well. Drop by teaspoons on waxed paper. Let set until firm.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Potato.
