- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- small container cool whip - 1 item
- cup milk - 1 item
- can pineapple, drained - 1 item
- Icing:8 oz cream cheese
- box instant pudding - 1 item
- nuts, crushed - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple, drained and reserve juice - 1 item
- cup water varies - 1 item
How to make yum-yum cake:
Icing:8 oz cream cheese1 box instant pudding1 cup milk1 small container cool whip1 can pineapple, drained coconut nuts, crushed Cake: Follow directions on cake mix. Add drained pineapple. Measure juice, add water to juice to equal 1 cup. Bake at 350 degrees, 25-30 minutes.Icing: Beat cream cheese. Then add in pudding mix and milk, beat until thick. Add cool whip, blend. Spread onto cooled cake. Top icing with pineapple, coconut, crushed nuts.
