- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- carrots - 3 item
- large onion - 1 item
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- yellow squash - 3 lb
- boxes Stove Top stuffing one should be cornbread - 2 item
How to make yellow squash casserole:
Cut squash in 1/2-inch slices. Steam until tender. Drain. Grate carrots and chop onion. Add to squash. Add butter and soup.Prepare stuffing according to directions on box. Add to mixture. Add sour cream. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
