Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- self-rising flour
- warm water - 1 c
- yeast - 1 pkg
- Wesson oil - 2 tsp
How to make yeast rolls:
Mix yeast and water until dissolved, then mix other ingredients. Let rise in a greased bowl until double. Punch down; make into rolls. Let rise again. Brush tops with butter and bake at 375° until lightly brown.Recipe categories: Breads, Low cholesterol, Low fat.
