  • milk - 3/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 1/3 c
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • grated cheese
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
  • can cream-style corn - 1 item
  • corn meal - 1 c
  • small can green chili peppers - 1 item

How to make mexican cornbread:

Combine dry ingredients. Add milk. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.
