- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/3 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- grated cheese
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- corn meal - 1 c
- small can green chili peppers - 1 item
How to make mexican cornbread:
Combine dry ingredients. Add milk. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, North american.
