Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 5 Tbsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 6 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- margarine - 1/2 c
- yeast - 1 pkg
- very warm water - 1/4 c
- scalded milk - 2 c
How to make yeast rolls:
Add sugar, salt and margarine to milk. Stir and let cool. Separately, add yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar and 1/4 cup water. Stir and let stand 10 minutes. Mix together eggs, yeast and milk. Add two cups flour until smooth. Add remaining flour; cover and let rise until doubles. Make big balls. Place on greased pan. Let rise 45 minutes. Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
