  • salt - 1 tsp
  • honey - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • corn oil - 1/4 c
  • cut up fryer - 1 item
  • Accent flavor enhancer - 1 tsp

How to make honey chicken:

Place chicken, skin side up, in a large shallow baking pan in a single layer. Sprinkle flavor enhancer, salt and pepper onto chicken; let stand for 10 minutes. Stir together corn oil, honey and soy sauce; drizzle over chicken. Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven for about 1 hour, basting frequently.
