Cheesy chicken
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- cubed chicken 2 breasts, cooked
How to make cheesy chicken:
Preheat oven to 375°. Combine chicken with 2 tablespoons grated cheese. In saucepan, combine soup, milk and 1/4 cup cheese. Heat until cheese melts (low heat).Separate dinner rolls into triangles. Place 3 tablespoons chicken on wide end of rolls and roll up. Pour soup mixture into 8 x 9-inch or 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Arrange rolls over mixture.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until rolls are done. Remove and sprinkle cheese on top. Reheat until cheese melts.
