- bottle Worcestershire sauce - 1 oz
How to make worcestershire chicken:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cut up chicken. Wash and skin. Salt to taste. Flour each piece and place in a baking dish. Place a small amount of oleo on each piece of chicken. Do not spread. Saturate each piece with Worcestershire sauce and add water.
