- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- dry white wine - 1/4 c
- green onions - 2 item
- mushrooms - 4 oz
- uncooked wild rice - 1 c
- Monterey Jack - 1 c
How to make wild rice and mushrooms:
Cook and stir wild rice, mushrooms and onions in butter in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, about 5 minutes. Stir in water, wine, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
